POPSTARSLIME
Born & raised in New Iberia, PopstarSlime emerged from a small city rich in culture and music. Football was his first passion, which was quickly replaced by music after meeting longtime producer, engineer, and friend Joey. “ I don’t write any of my music- for the most part I just punch in. I feel like the vibes I get from punching in give me the best creative ways to get on a song. I’m big on melody so when I do songs I like to experiment while making them.” - Popstar Slime. Since his start in 2019, Slime has dropped 6 projects along with many singles - including his viral song 90210. His sound is influenced by a multitude of artists such as Uno The Activist, Ken Carson, Ty Fontaine, Sofaygo, Playboi Carti, & more. In 2022, PopstarSlime signed with Krewe - a New Orleans based artist management company.
